Strategic Plan

FORWARD TO OUR FUTURE: 2025–2032

Since 1932, families across the greater Philadelphia region have entrusted Villa with preparing their daughters for college, leadership, and a life rooted in purpose. As we approach our centennial, we’ve reflected on our legacy and engaged voices from across our community to shape a bold vision for what comes next. Forward to Our Future is the result—a strategic plan that translates our values into action and charts the course for the next three years as we prepare to celebrate 100 years of mission-driven education.

Phase One (2025-2028)

Phase one (2025–2028) of the “Forward to Our Future” plan involves three primary areas of effort that overlay upon three cross-cutting catalysts: Classroom, Campus, and Community.

The three cross-cutting catalysts are: Master Schedule, Professional Development, and Financial Foundation.

Task Forces

Three task forces will guide the implementation of this plan during phase one in collaboration with the board’s strategic planning committee: Classroom Task Force (Master Schedule and Professional Development), Campus and Community Task Force (Campus Life and Sisterhood and Branding and Storytelling) and Sustainability Task Force (Financial Security and Operational Practice).

Task force members will include faculty, staff, and key external stakeholders.
