We are a family at Villa, and as in any family, good communication is essential to harmonious relationships. We encourage you to stay connected with us in as many ways as you can. Here’s how we’ll keep you in the loop on all of the great news, important information, key dates, and other happenings at Villa. If you ever have a question, concern, or suggestion, please feel free to reach out to the Communications Office at the contacts at right.
Email communication is the most common method used to communicate events, information, and reminders regarding Villa Joseph Marie and the Parents’ Guild. The email address linked to your family in the Student Directory is the primary email where these notices are sent. Many personal email services will spam bulk emails with no notice to the recipient. In order to ensure that you are receiving the information sent via email, please be sure to add the following addresses to your safe senders list:

Weekly Calendar email
Every Friday day during the school year, Villa publishes an email newsletter to inform you of all of the important upcoming activities and events for the following week. Once a month, that email also expands to include good news from Villa students, staff, Alumnae, and parents; outside learning opportunities for students; and other useful tidbits. If you are not receiving this email, please email marketing@vjmhs.org to be added to the mailing list.

This website is equipped with an option that enables you to sign up to receive notifications whenever a School News alert or School Calendar event is posted. When you register, you will receive regular updates and reminders via email. This is a great way to keep up-to-date on the various events occurring at Villa Joseph Marie every day.
