Any adult, including parents, who will/could be in direct contact with Villa Joseph Marie students at any point during a school-sanctioned event or activity or during the academic day must obtain the first two items listed below and submit them to Tina Schuster as soon as possible. They can take the form of a physical copy or a scanned version sent via email or fax.

Volunteer activities that involve direct contact include, but are not limited to, Campus Store, Spirit Day, Mini-THON, lunchtime sales, club moderation, event or trip chaperoning, athletic event volunteering, etc. Parents’ Guild and Annual Spring Auction committee members who will be in the upstairs corridors of the building are required to obtain these clearances as well. The clearances should be handed in prior to any event or activity with which you will be assisting. We thank you for your assistance in keeping our students safe.

Please note that these clearances are not required for every parent or family member. They do not apply to a parent who is a spectator for a sporting event or school function. They are required only if you will be volunteering and/or in direct contact with our students.
