Educators, students, and parents would agree that frequent absence from regular classroom learning experiences disrupts the continuity of the instructional process. It is important to note that absences and tardies are part of the official student permanent record and all transcripts. 

3 Ways To Share A Student Attendance UpdateParents/Guardians may report a student’s absence, late arrival, or early dismissal in one of the following ways:

  1. Call the main office 215 357 8810 (ext. 199) OR
  2. Complete the Attendance Reporting Form linked here OR
  3. Email attendance@vjmhs.org

Only one method is required—there is no need to report the absence through multiple channels.*
