Annual Spring Auction
Saturday, March 10, 2018
The Philadelphia Ballroom
The Spring Auction is our annual, themed fundraising event – and the single largest source of contributed income for the school. It is a casually dressy evening, featuring delicious food, exciting auctions, and fun fellowship. Please join us and help celebrate Villa's 85th Anniversary: Coming Home at this year's Auction!
All proceeds of this event support our commitment to educational excellence – from the classroom, to the arts and athletics, to tuition assistance and scholarships, and so much more – all of it contributes to help us empower girls with dreams to become women of vision. We hope you will help us reach our Auction goal of $110,000.
Here’s how you can participate:
For many years, the Auction Committee's motto has been "many hands make light work." Our Committee members:
- help secure items for the Silent and Live Auctions,
- spread the word about this marvelous event,
- set up and decorate the venue for the event,
- rally your network to get advertisers and sponsors,
- plan the menu and entertainment, and
- assist with other Auction-related tasks.
The Auction is a big undertaking, but with the help of our Villa community members, we come together each year to put together a successful event—and have a little fun along the way!
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Alyse Johnson at email@example.com or 215-357-8810, ext. 217.
