College Counseling

Seventy percent of the senior class participated in a 2-day intensive preparation program for the upcoming college admission season in August. Our counselors were joined by college admissions professionals to work with students on their Common Application, interview skills, and essay review. Students worked on their Common Application (2024-2025)  towards completion. The next sessions will be held August 2025.  Be sure to register early!

College Planning Guide contains pertinent information as you embark on the college process. 

A presentation was held for Senior students and their parents on Wednesday, August 28 at 6:00 in the PAC regarding the college planning process.  

Villa hosts representatives from numerous colleges and universities who visit our campus to meet with potential applicants. Students are strongly encouraged to sign up and take advantage of these sessions.

Students should check the college visitation bulletin board and their Naviance accounts frequently to identify the sessions they wish to attend. Students will print their confirmation from Naviance, which will serve as the pass they should present to their teacher. Actual attendance eligibility will be determined by the teacher of the class period impacted.
