The total fee to rent Maria Hall will be $500. A 20% deposit ($100) is due at the time of booking.

The total fee to rent Maria Hall will be $800. A 20% deposit ($160) is due at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions:

Certificate of Insurance is required (companies and organizations only).
20% deposit is required to reserve facility and is refundable until one (1) month prior to event in case of cancellation.
Balance of suggested donation is due at least two (2) weeks prior to date of event. In the event of cancellation after this point, 50% of the donation will be retained.
Checks should be made payable to Villa Joseph Marie High School.
Head count is due one (1) week prior to event.
When using the kitchen, clean-up is the responsibility of the group. In the kitchen, you may use the refrigerator, freezer, double wall oven, and microwave.
Trash must be placed in container on back porch.
No smoking is allowed in building or on premises.
No candles may be lit in building or on premises. Please use flameless/battery option for candles.
Villa Joseph Marie reserves the right to reschedule events based on inclement weather. If rescheduling is not possible and the rental space has not been used at all, Villa will issue a refund. If the space has been used for part of a multi-day rental period, the refund will be pro-rated.

Rental Acknowledgement of Indemnification

Lessee shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Lessor, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost (including attorneys' fees), damage, expense and liability (including statutory liability and liability under workers' compensation laws) in connection with claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, suits, administrative proceedings, arising out of any act or neglect by Lessee, its agents, employees, contractors, Lessees, invitees, representatives, in, on or about the Facility. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Lessee hereby releases Lessor from any and all liability or responsibility to Lessee or anyone claiming through or under Lessee by way of subrogation or otherwise for any loss or damage to equipment or property of Lessee covered by any insurance then in force.
