Highlight: Guidance Department Opportunities Inside the Business of Fashion and Luxury A new online course from Parsons Paris designed for high school students. The $50 application fee will be waived for students who apply by Sunday, March 8, 2020 by using the code PARIS when submitting their application.
Boston University will be hosting a reception for high school sophomores and juniors and their families on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing. GRAMMY CAMP MIAMI: July 28–August 1, 2020 GRAMMY Camp® is a 5-day nonresidential summer music industry program for high school students interested in having a career in music. Hosted at Royal Caribbean's Entertainment Studio in Miami, students from across the country apply for one of the career tracks offered. The application deadline is March 31, 2020. Environmental Design Institute: June 22–July 2, 2020 The Environmental Design Institute is a new and exciting pre-college program for rising 10th, 11th and 12th grade students that utilizes both the urban environment of Temple Main Campus and the living laboratory of Temple's Ambler Arboretum. Explore landscape architecture and horticulture in this hands-on program that incorporates science, design and sustainability. For more information, click here.

The Bryant University Global Leadership Summer Academy (or Program) provides you with five exciting days and nights on Bryant's beautiful campus. You will participate in interactive sessions with Bryant International Business faculty, get to know Bryant students and alumni, and interact with business leaders at company visits. Bryant faculty, students, and alumni represent many countries. This immersion summer program will provide you with a transformational experience that you will be able to apply to your academic, professional, and personal future. Applications are due by March 2, 2020. Program Fee: $1,100 – includes all program sessions and activities, overnight stays in dorms, meals provided by the program, local transportation to company visits, and assigned university student counselors. Kenny "Sid" Hopkins Scholarship awards students, volunteers, or those who are currently employed or volunteer in Emergency Services further their education in their field. Requirements: *Bucks County resident *commitment to pursue a career in allied health care (nursing, medical technology, radiology/imaging, respiratory therapy, paramedic, firefighting, EMS, or law enforcement) *evidence of community involvement *Essay requirement *2 letters of recommendation. Applied Math in Action!, an action-packed week with math sessions each day in subjects outside the normal high school curriculum, so they are accessible to all levels: cryptography, game theory, math modelling, & more, as well as invited speakers and other educational activities. It will also feature several fun excursions around Washington, D.C. and allow students to experience a week of college life on our beautiful campus. Because our math topics are outside the normal series of mathematics topics taught in high school, students do not need advanced coursework to participate, but only an interest in mathematics and STEM. Penn Summer: Penn delivers the challenge of an Ivy League curriculum to academically talented high school students seeking a pre-collegiate experience. Explore Penn's historic campus, engage with leading faculty, and build intellectual connections within accelerated two-, three-, or six-week Penn Summer High School Programs. University of Virginia Summer Opportunity: The Cornerstone Summer Institute is a week-long summer camp at the University of Virginia where high school students learn about slavery and its legacies by exploring the University, Charlottesville, and area landmarks. The camp provides rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors with the opportunity to engage in historical investigation, archaeological excavation, and community engagement in order to learn and develop thinking skills that will prepare them for success in college and beyond. For 2020, CSI will run from June 20 to 26.

The Sociedad Hispana Doylestown (SHD) will be awarding a minimum of 4 scholarships in 2020. All of the scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors who have completed or are currently enrolled in the highest level of your schools Spanish sequence and have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
