TECHNOLOGY

At Villa Joseph Marie High School, it is our commitment to develop and enhance our student’s technological literacy and capabilities by utilizing the school’s technology across the curriculum for a holistic education. As a result, the faculty and staff incorporate these tools into every aspect of a Villa Joseph Marie education.

The following are some of the technologies available at VJM:

• Software for a wide variety of subjects that provide contemporary analytical/problem solving applications
• Campus-wide network
• Wireless laptops
• Coming soon: Interactive Smartboard technology

Villa is also committed to keeping its student Computer Lab/ Resource Centers and teacher workstations up-to-date by replacing these workstations every three years with new models. Operating systems and office suites are updated as well. With these tools, VJM graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills they will need to meet challenges and be prepared for the post-high school world.
