Beginning Monday, September 19, 2016
The Shadow Day gives an eighth-grade girl a wonderful opportunity to spend the entire day shadowing a Villa Freshman to experience first-hand what a real day at Villa is like. Eighth-graders are welcomed to the school in the morning by their "buddies" for the day and guided through a full school day. This is truly the best way to understand the family atmosphere that makes Villa the special place it is.
While the Shadow Day is not required, it is strongly recommended. Many Villa students report that their Shadow Day was the single most important deciding factor when they chose Villa. Appointments can be set up for these visits by contacting the Admissions Office. Shadow Days only occur from mid-September (beginning September 19, 2016) through mid-November, for eighth-graders only. To schedule a Shadow Day, parents should contact Bailey Gorman, Admissions Associate, at 215-357-8810, ext. 209, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the morning of the scheduled Shadow Day, eighth-grade visitors should enter through the front entrance to the school and report to the Main Office at 7:50 a.m. Villa will provide lunch and any materials they will need. Visitors should dress appropriately for school, and we request no jeans or cropped shirts. Pick-up is at the front entrance at 2 p.m.

For the Fall Open House, prospective students and their families are welcomed to take part in student-led tours of the school, watch Fine Arts presentations, and meet with leaders of extracurricular activities. Faculty and staff are on hand throughout the day to answer any questions you may have. All are welcome!
