APPLICATION PROCESS

Qualified students who wish to be considered for acceptance to Villa Joseph Marie High School should:

• Submit a completed application form, test registration form, and a $55.00 fee (non-refundable) to Villa Joseph Marie High School. Test registration is due by October 31, 2008
• Sign and submit the grade school form to your current grade school, requesting the following information: an official copy of the permanent record, all elementary school standardized test scores, and a recommendation form completed by the student's teacher, principal or guidance counselor.
• Take the Entrance/Scholarship Examination at VJM on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
• All applications must be received by November 14, 2008.
• Qualified students will be granted an interview. An interview is mandatory for acceptance. No interviews will be granted until a candidate's file is complete. A completed file consists of the application, test score results, official transcript, and recommendation.

Visitation Days

It is strongly recommended (but not required) that interested candidates spend a day at Villa Joseph Marie High School by shadowing a current freshman. Appointments can be set up for these visits by calling the Admissions Office. Visitation days only occur from mid-September through mid-November, for 8th graders only.
